Terms of Service

Effective August 20, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Morale Call LLC, doing business as LullabyGlow ("LullabyGlow," "we," or "us"), for use of the LullabyGlow application, lullabyglow.com, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, access to your devices, and activity through your account. The Service is for adults managing bedtime audio for their families; it is not directed to children.

2. Subscription

Glow Household is $7.99 per month after a seven-day free trial in the United States. Apple displays and controls the final localized price and trial eligibility. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Manage or cancel through your Apple subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Apple handles App Store refund requests under its policies.

3. The Launch Service

Glow Household supports adult accounts, private household audio recording and playback, playlists, cloud synchronization, and invited family contributions. Voice cloning, memorial preservation, indefinite storage, and future-dated time capsules are not included. No future feature is promised.

4. Your Recordings and Permission

You retain ownership of recordings, notes, and other content you provide. You give LullabyGlow a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and play that content only as needed to operate the Service. You must have the right and all legally required consent to record, upload, and share every person's voice or other content you provide.

5. Households and Contribution Links

Household owners control invited access. Private contribution links should be sent only to trusted adults. You are responsible for revoking links or household access that should no longer be active. Contributors may not use a link outside the purpose for which it was provided.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use LullabyGlow to record someone unlawfully; impersonate, deceive, threaten, exploit, or harass; upload content you lack rights to use; access another household without authorization; probe or disrupt the Service; or violate applicable law.

7. Availability, Storage, and Deletion

We work to provide reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent preservation. Keep independent copies of irreplaceable recordings. Account owners can start deletion inside the app. We may suspend access for abuse or security risks and may terminate the Service with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Third-Party Services

Authentication, hosting, forms, notifications, and payments rely on providers including Apple, Google/Firebase, and Netlify. Their terms may also apply. App Store purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's applicable terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, Morale Call LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for LullabyGlow during the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not reduce rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms as the Service changes and will provide notice of material changes where required. Virginia law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
