Privacy Policy
Effective August 20, 2026
This policy explains how Morale Call LLC, doing business as LullabyGlow ("LullabyGlow," "we," or "us"), handles information in the LullabyGlow iOS application, lullabyglow.com, and related services (the "Service"). LullabyGlow is for adults who create and manage family bedtime audio.
1. Information We Handle
- Account information: email address, name if provided, authentication identifiers, and support communications.
- Family information: household membership, family and child names, an optional child birth date supplied by an adult, playlists, invitations, contributor names, recording titles, gift messages, and optional family notes.
- Audio: recordings, file metadata, processing status, and playback information.
- Purchase information: Apple subscription product, transaction identifier, purchase and expiration dates, entitlement and renewal status, refund or revocation status, price, currency, and App Store storefront. Apple processes payment credentials; LullabyGlow does not receive complete card numbers.
- App and device operations: app version, build number, push-notification token, screens and product actions, purchase-flow events, and request errors used to operate and improve the Service. App usage events are tied to the signed-in account and may include household or child-profile identifiers. The launch app does not integrate a third-party iOS crash-reporting SDK.
- Website usage and attribution: landing path, referring page, campaign parameters, an automatically generated browser-session identifier stored in local storage, and page, button, and form-result events. We use these to understand which launch messages work; the launch site does not use cross-site advertising trackers.
- Website forms: if you join the adult launch list or request support, we receive the email address, topic, optional app version, message, consent choice, and campaign information you submit. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, child names, recordings, or other sensitive family information through these forms.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate adults; create and administer households; record, process, store, sync, and play audio; operate private contribution links; verify subscriptions and respond to renewal, expiration, and refund events; reconcile provider reports; send requested launch or service communications; deliver notifications; prevent abuse; provide support; maintain security; and understand whether core product and website flows work.
3. Voice Data and Launch Scope
The launch Service stores and processes recordings for private family playback and audio cleanup. Voice cloning, memorial preservation, and time capsules are not included in the launch Service. We do not use family recordings to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models, and we do not sell voice recordings.
4. Sharing and Service Providers
Recordings and family information are available to household members and invited contributors according to the access chosen by the household owner. We use providers such as Apple, Google/Firebase, and Netlify to authenticate users, process purchases, host data and forms, deliver notifications, and operate the Service. Providers receive information only as needed to perform those functions. We may also disclose information with consent, to comply with law, or to protect users and the Service.
5. Children
Accounts are for adults age 18 or older. LullabyGlow is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Adults may supply child-profile information or recordings for family use and are responsible for having authority and consent to do so.
6. Retention and Deletion
We retain account and family content while needed to provide the Service or meet legal and security obligations. Launch-list information is retained until you ask to be removed or it is no longer needed for launch communications. Support information is retained as needed to resolve the request, maintain service records, or meet legal obligations.
An adult account owner can start account deletion inside the app. Deletion removes the account and associated household data from active systems; limited residual copies may remain temporarily in backups or where law requires retention. Local drafts or cached files on a device remain under that device user's control. LullabyGlow makes no indefinite-storage or memorial-preservation promise.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You can manage household access, revoke contribution links, disable notifications in iOS, cancel subscriptions through Apple, delete recordings, request account deletion in the app, and ask to be removed from launch communications. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information.
8. Sale, Advertising, and Tracking
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The launch app does not track users across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
9. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections and access controls. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
10. Contact and Changes
We may update this policy as the Service changes and will post the effective date above. For privacy questions or requests, use the online support form, email support@lullabyglow.com, or write to Morale Call LLC, 3300 Fairfax Dr, Ste 222, Arlington, VA 22201.
This policy describes the launch product currently offered; future AI or preservation features require separate product, consent, and policy review before release.
