Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, time spent, and navigation patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process and store your voice recordings securely
• Send you updates, security alerts, and support messages

• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities

3. Voice Data & AI Processing

Your voice recordings are central to our Service. Here's how we handle them:

• Storage: Voice recordings are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption (AES-256).
• AI Enhancement: When you use our AI voice enhancement features, your recordings are processed to reduce background noise and improve audio quality. This processing happens on secure servers and the original recordings are preserved.
• AI Voice Cloning: If you opt into our AI Voice Clone feature, your voice data is used to create a personalized voice model. This model is unique to your account, is not shared with other users, and can be deleted at any time.
• No Selling: We will never sell your voice recordings or voice models to third parties.
• No Training: Your voice recordings are not used to train general-purpose AI models. Voice models created for the AI Clone feature are solely for your personal use within the Service.

4. Children's Privacy

LullabyGlow is designed for parents and family members to use for the benefit of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All accounts must be created by adults (18 years or older). Voice recordings of children are stored under the parent's account and subject to the same security protections described in this policy.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: When you share recordings with family members through the Lullaby Circle feature.
• Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (cloud hosting, analytics, customer support), subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of LullabyGlow, our users, or others.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Voice Time Capsules are stored until their designated unlock date unless you delete them earlier.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@lullabyglow.com. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal information, voice recordings, and AI voice models within 30 days, except as required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Access controls limiting employee access to user data
